Ian Tully (PhD, Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology, 2018) will join Duquesne University in the Fall as an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing and Center for Global Health Ethics. Ian competed his dissertation research on well-being and depression under the supervision of John Doris, and since 2018 has been a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Berman Institute of Bioethics at Johns Hopkins University. Ian's research addresses several topics having to with philosophy and mental illness, including questions about well-being and virtue and issues at the intersection of psychiatry and biomedical ethics.
